Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation and tracking details via email or SMS once your order is shipped.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines are:

Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days
Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier availability, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping on orders above ₹ 599.
A shipping fee of ₹80-₹110 will be charged for orders below the minimum value.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will make delivery attempts as per their standard policy. If the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Chiefly is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged package, an incorrect product, or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or a short unboxing video for verification.
